Any VatSim clubs operate in the South East of England that have set meetings, eg, every tuesday night for example?

Depends what you mean by a club. If you're looking for a VFR flying club, then have a look at the Cix VFR Club. We fly out of Gloucester on Tuesdays and Biggin Hill on Thursdays. See http://www.cixvfrclub.org.uk/ for details (it's been a bit quiet over the summer, but will liven up as winter draws on).

Yeah, that's the kind of club I was looking for! Is there a directory of clubs like that anywhere on the VatSim or VatSim UK site? Pity Tuesdays and Thursdays are no good for me...

Thereare very few VFR clubs. The only other ones I know of are the Virtual Bristol Flying Club ( http://www.vbfc.co.nr/ ) and the Thames Flying Club ( http://www.thamesflyingclub.org/ ), but thae latter hasn't been seen much of recently.
