If you're talking about the GPS screen, you just hav to press the button in any of the aircraft which looks like a satelite dish. This shows you, local airspaces, sometimes wind, your track, sometimes your height, the local relief, but I don't think it shows other aircraft.

No, he apparently talks about ND.

Unfortunately no freeware aircraft offer such displays.

You can try PMDG

or LEVEL-D.

- these are payware.

Good luck.

Actually,

There is a very good freeware 747-400 by iFly that offers a Navigation Display, aswell as a fully functional FMC and most other systems. Obviously it is not quite as good as the PMDG, but you'd expect that since the PMDG is payware, but the iFly is very good indeed for freeware. Unfortunately, there are less liveries available for the iFly, and I'm not sure if anyone produces SID/STAR procedures for the FMC. Link below:

Also, I noticed you mentioned the A310 in your original post. There is a very good A310 by SSW, unfortunately it's payware, but it offers pretty much the same as you'd expect from payware aircraft like that (ie. almost all systems functional, full FMS with SID/STAR/IAP etc.)
