I may not be the only one. I’m sure it makes sense to the respective director, but sometimes you need to look at it from the outside to confirm it is working. Here are some I’ve seen recently. Director, Deputy director, President Vice President, [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istant Vice President, Coordinator, Deputy coordinator. In my opinion it would be great if each director maintained a schematic showing the chain of command, who is in each position, and a brief responsibilities statement for each position.
