Can't hear any ATC and pilots on frequency

I installed the xpilot client as an admin and set up xpilot with my output and input device. Now when I start a flight in xplane, and conect to an ATC station, I can't hear any transmissions, but when I request a radio check, the ATC can hear me. The TX sign in xpilot turns green when I speak, but it never turns green at RX (RX stays white). I used the ToLiss A319, and set up everthing correctly.

I reinstalled xPilot 3 times, but no change. My account is already over a month old, so the voice server should be unlocked for me.

I hope you guys can help me!

Check your ATC frequency, and the speaker/volume settings in Xpilot. I think one of those two is the problem.

Thanks for your reply!

What is the optimum volume in the settings?

One below ears bleeding?

If you mean transmit then do a radio check with ATC and adjust if needed.
