Would the following PC requirements support the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020?

Just based on what they've published as recommended specs, it looks like you fall under the "ideal" category for everything except RAM, notwithstanding your internet provider's bandwidth which you haven't specified.

How the software will actually perform is a bit of a wild-card, since the only people who can answer that with any concrete experience are still under non-disclosure agreement for the next month.   It leaves us with the only real answer to this question: "there's only one way to find out."
