When I am going to fly a VFR at an airport in the USA, and I only have the Center online, there is no TWR, APP, do I need to ask for authorization for the Center?

Sorry for the English

Most of the time (if not all the time) in respect of VFR flying, ATC is not interested so long as you stay below certain altitudes. But yes just make initial  contact as a matter of courtesy. At least that way ATC can confirm your position.

It's not "certain altitudes" -- it's outside of Bravo, Charlie, and Delta airspace.  Use SkyVector.com to see where the boundaries are.  It may take a little research to figure out what each marking means, but, the information is freely available.

I highly recommend LittleNavMap (freeware), because it does show those airspace boundaries AND you can connect it to your simulator to monitor your current position or even create a flight plan and follow it.
