Just a question, I got suspended on my second account because I made two accounts. Is there anyway I can suspend the account I have now and un-suspend the account that got suspended? I have a lot of atc training on that account and I really don’t want it to go to waste! I opened a ticket and it hasn't gotten read in about 8 hours.

Your second account will always remain suspended, and you will have to use your first account.

The membership department is not a paid staff position, they will get to you when they can.

Yes, allow them some time, VATSIM is not a pay-service. However, it might be that either you will be able to transfer all the hours to your original account or they will reverse the status of your accounts. They will decide.
