any have any ideas on this problem

vrc connected working

twr trainer connected working

teamspeak connected working but slowly builds packet loss up to about 15%

disconnect vrc and packet loss drops but if twr trainer is not running and i connect vrc everything works fine it only seems to happen with the 3 connected at once

i have tested using twr trainer on a sperate machine on the network too and have the same problem so thinking a port issue, any idea what port twr trainer use's?

You shouldn't need to touch the router. And even if you did, it would either work or it wouldn't. Partial packet loss is not a symptom of a misconfigured router. Sounds like your network card is just getting overloaded. I had a similar problem with a cheap onboard network card. I could not run VRC and ACSim at the same time with more than a few aircraft. It would drop packets left and right. Once I switched to a good network card, the problem went away.
