Adriana Osorio Posted December 21, 2020 at 08:25 PM Posted December 21, 2020 at 08:25 PM Hello i am new at VATSIM i am taking training for be an ATC, i did choose USA so i am on VATUSA, i finished my first step, that was to set up the software but when i am trying to connect to the netwrok and start my observer sessions the software say my id/password is wrong and doesn't let me connect, i haven't change the original password VATSIM gave me when i became a member so i don't know what is going on, the only thing i could see is that my profile on VATSIM say o hours as a ACT and under controlling rating say pilot observer, i don't know if the software thinks i am going for a pilot and not for ATC i hope you can help me because i cant start my observer hours and i am desperate to start lol thanks !!!🙃 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
