Invalid CID/password

So I’m trying to connect to vPilot, and when i try to connect it says Invalid CID/password and i double checked them again and it’s still not working. another weird thing is that no caps are allowed in the password but my password has caps. Help please

Are you trying to connect shortly after resetting your password?  Did you see the big note in the big highlighted block at the top of the password reset page? 😉😉😉

It can take up to 24 hours (although normally much less) for new/updated membership information to be passed to all servers. Within the first 24 hours after registering, reactivating your account, or a password change, if your preferred server rejects your credentials, you are welcome to keep trying different servers in the hopes of finding one that will work

(You posted this to the forums 47 minutes after your password reset 🙂 )

Capital letters are allowed in all clients.
