Nepal vACC (shortened as ACCNPL) is currently recruiting for the [ACCNPL3] vACC Director Training ATC .

Position Duties

1.    Overseas all day-to-day operations of ATC Training within the vACC
2.    Ensures all ATC training operations are meet with high standards set by the vACC, Division, Regional and VATSIM.
3.   Develops and maintains all operational material, training guidelines and policies for ATC Training with vACC & Division approval and ensures compliance with the outline requirements stated within the VATSIM Global Rating Policy
4.    Manage a team of Mentors and Instructors. Appoints Mentors as required and sends a letter of recommendation for Instructors to the vACC Director and Division Training Director for approval.
5.   Reports directly to the vACC Director , Deputy Director  & Division Training Director


Requirements and Essential Criteria

1.  Controller 1 (C1) rated will be preferred, but a minimum of S3 rating is required and willing to get C1 within 2 month .

2. Demonstrates good leadership, planning and managerial skills and is able to work within a team.

3. Must be a member of VATSIM West Asia Division & Nepal vACC or is willing to be transfer if selected.

4.Able to spend a minimum of 6 hours or greater on a weekly basis towards the vACC.

5.Demonstrates a great knowledge and understanding of local policies and VATSIM Policies such as the Code of Conduct/Regulations/Privacy/Safeguarding Minors/GDPR.

1.Report to  ACCNPL1 , ACCNPL2 & VATWA3
