Wesley Blaine Posted January 24, 2021 at 03:48 PM Posted January 24, 2021 at 03:48 PM (edited) -ACCSAF Pilot Training Director. -ACCSAF Deputy Pilot Training Director 1- To hold training for Newbie students and/or other pilots if necessary 2- Preparing a strategic plan to develop a training program for each pilot 3- Conduct multiple training sessions per quarter 4- Be familiar with most of the VATSIM pilot clients and help members with their issue 5- Provide necessary tools and documents for training purposes. Requirements : 1- Be a member in good standing of VATSIM 2- Having a good knowledge of the VATSIM CoC 3- Must have at least 500 hours of online flight on VATSIM 4- Having a good knowledge of VATSIM pilot clients and flying online 5- Must have the patience to deal with students of all types 6- To be able to complete training of at least 1 new pilots per month 7- P1 rating is advantageous 8- To have the sense of team working and being patient in dealing with team tasks 9- Fluent in the English language, the ideal candidate will be multilingual 10- Expected to be able to commit at least 2 hours per week to this role If you meet the requirements, please send an email to [email protected] Edited January 24, 2021 at 03:49 PM by Wesley Blaine 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
