The FIR/ARTCC Details is set to KZBW and I can't for the life of me find a way to change it.  I know it will be simple, and probably obvious, but can someone help?

Simply enter the ICAO code of the FIR you're looking for in the search field. This will change the FIR/ARTCC tab.

Principally the same procedure how to change the airport tab.

Type the first two letters of the FIR, eg YM, WS, EG, ED etc

That's for loading the country tab.

You must know the exact FIR/ARTCC code such as KZAU then it will change it.

If you only enter 2 chars it brings up country selection from list

I found NO WAY to bring up a LIST of FIR/ARTCC to select from, only to have to enter all 4 chars to get it to change

If someone knows otherwise chime in

The easiest way to change that tab is to scroll your map over to where you're interested, right-click, and select "XXXX Details" where XXXX is the FIR code. Ensure you have "Show FIR/ARTCC Boundaries" turned on so you can see all of them, even if not staffed, on the map
