Turkish vACC - TRvACC Seeking Events and PR Director

Turkish vACC is seeking Events & PR Director. 

The responsibilities of this staff member are listed below. 

 

The duties of the Events & PR Director include, but are not limited to:

• Organising vACC events;
• Producing controller rosters for vACC events;
• Maintaining effective communications with neighbouring vACCs and virtual airlines to  organising international events;
• Alerting vACC members of forthcoming events through TRvACC's channels of communication;
• Working with other departments within the vACC to roster appropriate controllers on positions during events;
• Working with other departments within the vACC to ensure that all resources for events etc. are available (custom sector files, briefing
• documents, etc.);
• Organising Controller Practical Tests in coordination the ATC Training Director 
• Maintaining an active online presence within the vACC and vACC Discord.
• Other duties assigned to him/her by the vACC Director / Deputy Director
• Maintain the TRvACC Social Media channels.

Ideally, candidates will have:

• Membership of TRvACC or a willingness to become a member of TRvACC
• Minimum S2 rating. 
• A clean VATSIM CERT record;
• Good knowledge of the VATSIM Code of Conduct and Code of Regulations;
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software;
• Good written and verbal English skills
