Come and fly from and to MPTO, Tocumen International Airport for our CPT for Giancarlo Rodriguez. On February, 21th at 2300Z, Panama will be fully Covered with MPTO_TWR for 2 hours. Hope all pilots can join us on February, 21th, all VFR and IFR traffics are more than welcome!, lets Help Giancarlo gets his Rating.
