Incorrect Password/CID

Hello,

I cannot login to VATSIM through vPilot. It is showing an error attributed to incorrect CID or password. This is not the case. I have passed the new members orientation course weeks ago. I do not see anywhere that shows I have a p0 rating. There are no exams in my exam area other that the one stating I have completed the new starter course. Please help. Thanks
