vPilot doesn't load

I have just installed vpilot and i am unable to load the application, it comes up with the following screen and then closes down. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and still the same error.

Have a look in the Windows event viewer to see if there are any errors shown there. They would be in the Application logs category:

That's a new one on me. Some googling suggests that this could be caused by antivirus software, or even failing hardware such as a bad memory stick. What are you using for A/V software?

Good Morning, thanks for coming back to me.
The computer is brand new and i have just completed a memory scan and check which has completred without any errors, i am not getting any issue withg any of the other apps i am using.
I use bit defender, i have disabled it and is still not working.

CLR.dll is part of the .NET framework. Maybe you could try reinstalling the .NET framework version 4.8.

To fix this issue do the following

Click Start > Settings > UPDATE & SECURITY > Windows Update > View update history > Uninstall updates

Uninstall KB456283

and Uninstall KB4601554

Reboot the computer and vPilot will load.

Hi,
I too have this problem. Just installed Vpilot on a new computer. Same thing happens as described above. 

Was anything resolved? Looked for the windows updates to remove as stated above but could not find them, also looke for Net framework 4.8 but was told a newer version is installed

Any help much appreciated

Hello,

Same problem as described here. Windows 11 fresh install (yesturday), latest vPilot version (2.4.8). Impossible to re-install .NET 4.8 cause system says a newer version is already installed. Tried the .NET repair tool provided by Microsoft without success.I don't find the above described update in my system. I am stuck and unable to launch vPilot. Could someone help me please ? Attached is the log from the Windows Events Observer. Thanks in advance.
