xplane 11 crashes after loading. doesn't crash if xpilot plugin removed

Anyone help with this. as soon as xplane loads it crashes. if I remove the xpilot plugin it doesnt crash.  Not sure if it is to do with the version of xpilot. it seems when i rumn task manager it is 32bit not 64bit.  heres the last few paragraphs of the log.
