Error HRESULT: 0x88890008

Hi Everyone,

Anyone know of a fix for the below errors?
From what i've gathered it's to do with 2 channel audio, but i'm unable to change that.

Hi Michael,

That code has been reported elsewhere in the forums (it’s coming from AFV) a couple of times  

I recommend giving some of those solutions a go.
