First of all, we do have so many different flight simulation softwares: FS2004 FSX P3D v1-5 X-Plane MSFS2020 Flightgear Apart from that, every flightsim will have different weather addons which means you always will have people flying at different ground speeds even if they all set 220 knots IAS.
