I believe there are plans to delete the whole thing when the website is updated. However, all the lessons in that section are still available. The menu is actually at the bottom of the left part of the screen: That menu changes shape and item order each time you access it, and the lesson details are really quite out of date now.. You should actually go to www.vatsim.net>Pilots>Pilot Resource Centre and at the top pf that screen is a "Vatsim Basics" pop--up menu which takes you to the most recent set of lessons.
