I'm sure that's an unintentional omission. B) Can you add a clause please for I1, I3, SUP and ADM that these ratings do not allow a member to control higher than their achieved ATS rating. (I agree this is not ambiguous from the rest of the policy, but I think it worth being explicitly stated here).
