This web presence is a quantum leap in information and service for both pilots and controllers. Also, the new design completes the chance in VACC-SAGs corporate identity, designed by EDLL FIR chief Sascha Broich. But the biggest innovation has happened in the background: All content, all menues, all data is now stored in a huge database and can be edited and manipulated by every authorized staff member without any programming or design knowledge. Without going in too much detail I would like to point out some core features of this new web system: A centralized airport database stores all relevant information: Frequencies, charts, sector files, runway-data and flightplans are accessible at one place. The membership management has been expanded with new features. Training or lessons can be requested online, your training advancement can be checked. The new Section has been revamped, any member may post news which will be approved by a staff member after review Our event calender is fully integrated into the webpage now.
