Has any one had this issue: 

You are able to pull certain METARS for airports within your FIR/ARTCC and others you can not? 

Example: I can pull info for: CYYT, CYQX, CYYR and even KBOS (outside the FIR). But I can not get info for: CYHZ, CYQM, CYFC (located in CZQM FIR)
