I recently started flying in South America & one of my favorite routes is SLLP - SLCB. I downloaded available scenery for these airports from AVSIM & charts from the Bolivia division of vatsim. All very great. My problem is this..it appears that Rwy 31 at SLCB has an ILS with freq 110.50 as per the charts, but when I tried to fly it, localizer was not active..Is there a fix for it anywhere??
