For next year?  Wait for the announcements to come out about 6-8 weeks in advance of the event....

Speaking as someone who was interested in participating in this event: communication leaves a LOT to be desired. When I looked weeks ago it showed dozens of open slots but not yet open registration, and I was unable to find additional details on *when* slots would open up. I gave up on trying to find a resource to explain it.
