Adrian Bjerke Posted November 7, 2021 at 06:02 PM Posted November 7, 2021 at 06:02 PM VATSIM now allows controllers to logon with upto a 13 character logon code (3 more than the previous 10), however if someone is logged on as for example XXXX_Y__CTR, retrieving the controller info results in the error message "Callsign too long."
