It presents itself as software to connect Eurocontrol to FSX or JoinFS, but it works with VRC. The only problem I am having is that I can't get airport METAR and display the winds on my scope, using the F2 shortcut. I have tried to enable "Get Station MET every 15 mins" to no avail. I seem to remember being able to get station METAR from a privately developed software for the late FSATC, which I cannot find... VRC fetches METARs from the FSD server using the same connection that all the target data comes through. It does not use a URL, so no, that's not possible.
