How do I disable the reduction in sim audio whenever someone speaks over the comm?

Every time someone on the comm talks, the audio in the sim gets reduced. I understand that it's a feature for you to hear them better, but I would like to turn this off. How can I do this?

It's in your Windows settings under Sound --> Communication Devices or something of that sort.  It is something your "helpful" OS is doing for you without having been asked -- NOT something the sim or the network software is doing.
