Our first training night event is on the 14th of May focusing on Metro D operations and our next Newbie night is scheduled for the 18th of June. For a event coming up sooner, VATPAC is hosting VATSIM First Wings. This event is designed for everyone, particularly focusing on new pilots. Experienced pilots and controllers will be available to help on the day. For more info you can check out the event page here. If there are specific things you would like to learn about, you can join the VATPAC discord server, where I'm sure people will be happy to help you! To join the server and link your account, head to https://discord.vatpac.org . If you would still like to gain a pilot rating on the network, check the link that Ethan attached. Keep in mind some procedures will be different.
