The Gander Oceanic Events and Marketing department is actively looking for people with bright ideas to join our team!

To be a suitable candidate, you must:

• Be an active member of your home division. Maintains an average of 5 hours per month on the network with your current rating (pilot or controller).
• Be a member of good standing both on the network and in your division.
•  Have a basic understanding of the virtual Oceanic environment.
•  Be willing to work in a team, with the potential for progression to other roles internally.
•  Be able to use Word, Excel, and other Office products; or suitable alternatives.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• C1+ controller rating, and attained an Oceanic Endorsement.
• Experience with Photoshop, or other digital image editing software.
• Previous experience in a VATSIM Divisional team, or management role.
• Experience working in a team environment.
