I have looked on the VatUSA website and couldnt find any material on this, so I thought I'd ask here. What are the policies on visiting controllers from other regions? I am hoping to eventually be able to Control on Cleveland Center and cannot find any information on how to do this or if its possible. What rating would I have to be to control Cleveland?
