What beta are you using (and did you install it after ES v3.2)? Did you already contact the sector file provider? Have you installed additional plugins to the ones provided with the vACC setup? I am using the plugins and files provided by my division, and yes i also contacted them but they could not find any issues... Everyone on Adria division is using the same plugins and settings but i am the only one who has this problem. I was thinking that bad internet connection can cause the crash, but i have good connection.
