xplane slower than MSFS?

I have often notice that controllers telling to keep uop speed even though i am goun 180KT on final in the 737-400 or even in GA i had once to go almost 150 at landing, resulting in punctured tires.

 

Are xplane slower than MSFS?.

I thought they can only apply speed control until 4dme, or is that UK only?

 

Throw out the anchors after 4dme and slow to the appropriate landing speed for touchdown.
