Desired Qualifications: * Applicants should hold a C1 rating or higher * VATSIM Instructor/Mentor experience helpful but not required * Some management experience and/or training helpful but not required * No disclipinary record in VATSIM * History of good activity on the network * Team player The incomebent: * Reports to the region's Air Traffic Director and oversees operations and management for [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned ARTCC * Maintains an on line presence on the VATSIM server * Attends periodic meetings as required * Maintains, supervises and develops ARTCC web presence * Initiates and maintains ARTCC Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with VATSIM policy * Nominates Training Administrator and Deputy ATM as defined by VATUSA.
