Please fix the problem conflict in Colombia between VATSUR and COLATC. Please take away your personal feelings and think big to have Colombia airspace full again!!

A new division called VATSUR was created but they are changing the current COLATC people. This created a big conflict between VATSUR and COLATC and now the result is non ATC operation in Colombia, as they are more focus on the conflict than a solution.
