Timed to coincide with the Gold Coast Flight Sim Expo in late October, join us for BrisVegas RealOps 2007. Over 6 hours we will simulate, in real time, all arrivals and departures at Brisbane (YBBN) and the Gold Coast (YBCG). This will give you a choice from over 180 flights ranging from short regional hops in the DH8 to longer domestic legs in the B737 and A320, even international flights from New Zealand and South-East Asia. All flights are provided with a briefing including suggested route etc. To book your flight or ATC interest, visit http://realops.freehostia.com A reminder email will be sent to you closer to the event date. Where: Arrivals and departures from YBBN and YBCG When: Saturday, 27th October 2007 10:00 - 16:00 AEST UTC = 0000Z - 0600Z This is the first time that VATPAC has attempted a 'real-ops' style event and we hope your support will make it a success. Pilots - less than 40 bookings have been made! That means that there is over 130 real flights still available for booking/flying, so book now and show the OZ Flight Sim Expo what VATPAC/SIM is all about. Controllers - Sectors have been developed for the event and positions are to be [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned and sorted by this weekend, so get in now if your after a position!
