You should have been sent your VATUSA p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word by e-mail when you signed up with the VATUSA division. If you haven't got it you need to use the Lost P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word facility on the VATUSA website, not the main vatsim.net website. If you haven't yet selected VATUSA as your division, you need to do that first - go to www.vatsim.net, click on Member Services, then Account Changes, then Select a Division. Have you followed these instructions, and if so where did you get stuck?
