Why aren't there as many fly-ins in the U.S. announced on the home/notams page of Vatsim and really none at all anyway unless it's like KJFK or KORD? Even when I notice any on there about two of them posted per year and the rest are for Europe(the most), Asia(in second), and Australia(in last). I don't have scenery for the part of Europe that all of the flights and Fly-ins are at and it's too expensive to buy it. Any other comments? This is just out there for people who want more fly-ins in the U.S., so my only other words are post away.

vatusa.org has the US event announcements, along with the fly-in forum here.

I know. But it doesn't seem like there are very many in the U.S.

Seth and everyone else,

VATUSA is going through a change in management at the moment. Stay-tuned here and elsewhere to see what the new administration will be bringing about. Many new ideas and projects are being discussed...

Not at this time, but as Gary said - stay tuned and you will see this play out soon.

Okay, then. I'll wait. I new something was going on with management but I also thought it was up to individual artcc's to host the BIG events at their own busiest airport. Then it was up to VATUSA staff to do regions and maybe a whole country fly-in at certain airports. Am I correct?
