What about starting one (or more) ? I'm more than happy to jump into the deep side here and start them myself, but I may need allot of help however, more in the lines of regulations / policy if anything... No need for tests, all you need is file a VALID PIREP, after your application to get your Pilot ID, then you need to fly at least 1 flight a month to be active, or file for inactivity for max. 1 year.
