Well I was running the sim when i get full 40 frames then my compter freezes up and gets 1 frames, for about 5 seconds then go back to 40 frames locked. It also does this with my Battlefield 2 Game.

I have a dual core CPU, and it shows one of the two has 45 percent usuage then go to to 1 percent and shoots back up to 45 percent. I dont understand this, I look in my prcess tab and nothing is eating the CPU. Any seggestions?? Please Help.

My flight simulator came up with a warning saying that Not enough virtual memory restart the FS and change the settings my settings are on low and cant go any lower.
