Ok so I run VRC and the window comes up to select my sector file. I select default and bam! Unhandled exception detected.

Data Execution Prevention closes down VRC. Try ASRC and the thing doesnt even start becuase DEP shuts it down.

I am on Vista right now and I don't even know specs on my laptop. I have Students to teach so this is very....irritating.

If anyone could shed some light on this. Ross has already told me this one is out of his hands.

Just to clarify the furthest you can get is the select session profile dialog? If so (not being at my computer now) you shouldnt be able to select your sector file. Try disabling or creating an exception for ASRC/VRC in DEP. Can you give more info on any errors or warnings?
