Hi my name is William, and i would like to start a virtual Australian Army and bring it back to the vatsim community. The following squadron and equipment will be the following,

 

# 1st Aviation Regiment Based Robertson Barricks, Darwin

 

* 161st Squadron Tiger ARH

* 162nd Squadron Tiger ARH

 

# 5th Aviation Regiment Based Townsville

 

* A Squadron MRH-90

* B Squadron S70A Blackhawk

* C Squadron CH-47 Chinook

 

# 6th Aviation Regiment

 

* 171st Aviation Squadron (special operations) S70A Blackhawk

 

Training will be on the Bell 206

There already is a well established vAustralian Army. I'm not trying to stop you, I wish you luck wiht your endevours.

how many MILITARY VA's are you going to start William? you should stick to one and establish that before doing 10-20 different ones.

As the VATPAC VA Liaison Officer, I can confirm that the only currently affiliated MIL organisation is RAAFvirtual.

 

A virtual Australia Army has been in existance on several occasions over the years, however has never really snow balled, although the one that was under the AvDF in my opinion was the best.

 

As Arjun mentioned VATPAC encourages all pilots and organisations to fly online, and we will do our best to support any group.
