Shanghai, China - To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Shanghai Pudong Airport (ZSPD/PVG), VATASIA is pleased to announce that Shanghai VACC and VATJPN will jointly hold a fly-in event on August 19, from 1200z to 1500z. The event will feature Shanghai Pudong Airport (ZSPD), China's second largest international air hub, and Fukuoka Airport (RJFF/FUK) of Japan. Pudong Airport, opened on October 1, 1999, has played a major role in the recent blooming Chinese economy and has been developed from a airport with only one runway and one terminal to a large-size hub with three runways and several terminals, handling millions of p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]engers and cargo from around the world.

During the event, ATC service will be provided to cordially welcome all pilots visiting this grand air hub of eastern China. Pilots are welcomed to fly from any destinations into Pudong Airport, although the ZSPD <-> RJFF route will be featured during the event.

Mr. Tang, I believe there is a typo in your post, about the date. It says the 19th. FYI
