There is some confusion.... in the syllabus the document makes reference to a 15 minute time separation standard when this should in fact be 10 minutes. This is of course based upon longitudinal tracks rather than crossing tracks where a 15 minute standard is correct.

Also, I see there is a lateral separation table, but no mention of lateral separation standards. Is there a plan to include lateral separation information in the syllabus or not?

#360843 Atlantic routes have currently 60NM (one degree latitude) lateral separation, which will be cut in half to 30NM as standards tighten to allow higher traffic flow, and ADS becomes fully operational.
