#385404 dont confuse local time with Zulu  some of the team schedules show local time.

the flights are already enroute, look at vatpsy, servinfo etc..

the times listed on the team schedules are estimated, they arent meant for everyone to depart at that time.

#385419 I suggest to you guys to use this
http://www.worldflight.com.au/files/Schedule_2010.xls

It's got the days instead of Dates.

Just remember in many places around the world, the date format is DD/MM/YYYY unlike the American countries.

Always check on the page to make sure if tis Local or UTC/GMT Time. They always have it in big bold letters so people don't get confused.

You don't have to pay however if you want to, you can voluntarily donate.

You will be guaranteed ATC for ALL flights from YSSY back to YSSY around the world (possible all positions including DEL).

This is antoher great tool for pilots to keep track

#385426 Special note to all pilots living in America and Canada!!!

I got the schedule figured out.

If it says Tuesday, it means Monday to all of you in America and Canada. Just think one day back!!!

For instance, the flight from Regina, Canada to Denver is on Tuesday the second at 23:30z. It MEANS to all of you living in America and Canada that the flight is TONIGHT (Monday) at 23:30z, NOT NOT Tuesday.

#385515 The flight schedules on each of the Worldflight team's websites are different as they stagger their departures to reduce crowding. You can pretty much be +/- 1 hour and get coverage.

Also, see http://www.worldflight.com.au/booking/schedule10.php for the Sydney Team's schedule in UTC. Both the date and time are in UTC, i.e.: The first flight departed at 31 Oct 2230 UTC, which is 1 Nov 0930 AEDT (Sydney local).

The grey backgrounds on the XLS are the Inaugural Routes flown on the first World flight event held 10 years ago.

It does say that on the XLS document in the 2nd column
And this is written at the top of the page, would you like some Glasses?
Celebrating 10 years of World Flight by revisiting all 27 destinations from the inaugural event,
held November 9th to November 14th, 2001. These are highlighted and shown with a grey background.

Again, at the top of the page it says (ill put it in bold and red so you can see it better)

inaugural event, held November 9th to November 14th, 2001. These are highlighted and shown with a grey background.

#385581 Go easy on others Kirk, lets make everyone feel welcomed.

If you guys are finding it hard to interpret the times, my best suggestion would be to keep an eye on a program like DLMN or Servinfo or VATSPY to see where the aircraft are in live. You can also use this (http://www.worldflight.com.au/theevent/flightboard.php) to know where they are and the time and interpret it a bit easier.

#386618 I was a winner for flying along already ha.
But I am curious as to just how many hours I have logged.
I don't think it is very much, but I'm planning on taking the week off next year,
and tag along for most of the trip.
