Hello.
The
Transfer and Visiting Controller Policy states the following:
A Transfer Controller is required to first consolidate their current rating by satisfactorily performing online for at least 50 hours at their current rating, and in the Division where the rating was granted. A rating not consolidated may not be transferred.You need to have logged 50 hours as a controller at your current controller rating before you can request a Region transfer. At this time you have controlled a total 8 hours and 21 minutes at your current controller rating.
