Question about HAAB - Addis Abeba

In FS HAAB has RWY25L/07R closed because it was built when FS came out. All AFCADs available for HAAB also show this RWY as a closed rwy. The question is, is it still being built, or is it operational ?

if its operational are there any regulations regarding which RWY is for takeoffs and which one for landings ?

While my comments arent official, I'd tend to think it'd go this way.. if the airport is using that runway, and it shows up in all version of flight simulator, then i'd [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume it's usable, if not, i'd [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume it's closed. Shadi or Ilan should be able to further clear that up.

HAAB brings back old memories, even though I live in SFO. My granddad is very well respected there and I visit that place a lot. Although I don't have an anser on that one for ya.
