Airspeed indicator problem

I posted this in the SB issue forum also.

The last few times I have flown online with VATSIM I have had problems with the airspeed indicators disconnecting in some of my aircraft. When I am flying thru FS9, there seems to be no issues. I don't think its an issue with my flight stick controller but not sure.

Thoughts ideas on what the problem could be?

Thanks in advance.

turn on pitot heat

Pitot heat doesn't make a difference for me. Only wing anti-ice.

Cheers!

If your airspeed indicator goes to 0 when you don't use anti-ice then your probably stalling.

pitot is the little tube that measures airspeed, if that freezes up, you wont get a speed reading, causing the airspeed hold to disconnect

thatd be my first guess as its pretty normal for pilots online to miss it
