Mark Zameda 810257 Posted October 5, 2005 at 04:55 PM Posted October 5, 2005 at 04:55 PM As of today, October 3rd (is that right? wait a tick....nope....) - ney - October 5th! The Chicago ARTCC has reopened its doors to visiting controllers. Please review our policies on the website (which I hope got updated). Basically, here is the breakdown for visiting controllers. Everyone emails the Cheif (I got a special place in my inbox for you guys) and let me know what position you'd like to work while visiting. I set you up with our crack team of Instructors for an OTS. You read the SOP's, you know them, you love them, then you take the OTS. You p[Mod - Happy Thoughts] the OTS (I hope), and we create a website and forum account for you to do all sorts of snazzy and cool things. You log in and take your hand at working the new ZAU. Like I said, email me and make sure you include your CID, and what positions you'd like to work at. We'll do our best to get things going for you quickly, but be patient. We still are running a skeleton crew over here so it may take a few days/weeks/years/decades/eons. Thanks a bunch guys for being patient, I really can't wait to see y'all back here at Chicago.
